I'm so glad I found this local company! They were able to come out the same day after I called in a panic since we had no hot water. They replaced an old, dysfunctional water heater with a tankless system the next day. They also noticed some old pipes that were leaking that they repaired. Our old water heater had been acting up for a while, and we saw there were like water stains all around it, so we figured it had to be changed or fixed. Our neighbors had some work done recently by New Image Plumbing and Rooter, and I remembered their bright pink van and called them up. They were very helpful on the phone and worked us in right away. The technician that came out confirmed our water heater was actually spewing water from a broken pipe on the top. He showed us how it wasn't even secured properly either.
I had called around for a quote, and their price installed was on par with someone else, but I liked that he was very thorough and checked other things to be sure it was just the water heater and he explained what was going to be done and replaced. Thankfully, they were able to get one fast and installed it quickly with a new gas line and the correct strapping. He did a great job and left everything very clean and neat. We have hot hot water again! Definitely going to call on them again in the future.
